The firm is led by Kimberly Clark Menchion, Esq. She is the former General Counsel of the Florida Education Association, served as Assistant General Counsel for Florida Department of Transportation, Awarded Best & Brightest Legal Award by the Tallahassee Barristers, named one of the 25 Women You Need to Know by the Tallahassee Democrat, and nominated for the Leadership Tallahassee Distinguished Servant Leadership Award. She is also an active presenter on topics including Education, NIL/student-athlete issues, and Empowerment.
Kimberly also believes in social impact. Over her decades of practice, she regularly participates on boards, community service projects, and advocates for economic and social causes. Kimberly is the founder of the MLK Dare to Dream Association which hosted the award winning MLK Dare to Dream Festival for 7 years. She has also served on several boards including the Big Bend Goodwill Board of Directors, the Florida Bar Solo & Small Firm Executive Council, and Leadership Florida's Northwest Regional Council.
Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and Florida A&M University.
Mary A. Floyd is a seasoned strategist with over 25 years of experience spanning public safety, education, governmental affairs, and insurance. As Senior Government Relations Consultant for The Menchion Law Group, she brings a bold, results-driven approach to advocacy grounded in deep sector knowledge and trusted statewide relationships.
A former law enforcement captain and executive director of public policy for a youth-focused nonprofit, Mary has worked closely with school districts, city governments, and public agencies to advance legislation, secure funding, and modernize systems. Her core focus areas include K–12 education policy, insurance modernization, criminal justice reform, and municipal engagement. Mary is known for her ability to connect grassroots needs with high-level policy, build coalitions, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes with integrity and clarity.
Mary is a proud graduate of Troy State University, Florida A&M University, and the Florida State University College of Law.
